Dr Boris Luyten

DVM, MVM

Boris graduated from Utrecht University (the Netherlands) in 1996 with a Master in Veterinary Medicine (Companion Animals, Birds and Exotic Animals). After a year of working in multiple small animal clinics he decided to start his own veterinary clinic. Ten years down the track he decided on migrating to Tasmania with his family. He passed the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination and is currently employed here at North West Animal Hospital.

Boris is an all-round veterinarian and enjoys every aspect of small animal practice from the simple to the complicated. When not at work Boris is working on his property, spending time with his family, (pencil) drawing and playing the piano.
